For online purchases only

We want our customers to be completely happy with the garments that they receive. As we understand that the right fit is paramount, The Cupboard will gladly exchange your item for another size. If we don't have your size available, we are happy to exchange the garment for another piece from our collection or provide you with a store credit - whichever you prefer.

We also understand that no two designers have identical sizing, so we have created a size guide to help you find the right fit. We are very happy to assist also.

Returned items will be accepted providing the item is sent back in original condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging. Items must not be worn, altered, soiled or washed.

Please note: Due to health regulations, all sales of jewellery and accessories are final. Sale and discounted items are also ineligible for returns. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to finalising your purchase with payment.

Unless we have supplied you with the incorrect product (sorry!) the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. If you have returned an item and are exchanging it for another item, shipping may be payable again.

Faulty Items

The Cupboard stands for quaility, which is why all of The Cupboard products carry a guarantee on faulty materials or workmanship. If something that you receive is not in perfect condition, we would like to hear about it immediately.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us (here) within 3 days of receiving your item and we'll take things from there.
